Transactional Financing Terms

Amount:

Minimum Loan Amount: $10,000.00

Maximum Loan Amount: $500,000.00

Fees:

$10,000.00 - $79,999.99 : $1,800.00 flat fee

$80,000.00 - $500,000.00 : 2% of the loan with a $199.00 processing fee

All fees are collected at closing. Double Close Capital will not collect a fee unless the transaction closes. NO UPFRONT FEES!

Title:

All loans will be conveyed with clear title

Term:

All loans are for the one day financing needed to close the front end of a back to back closing

Documentation Required:

Contract for purchase of the property. (A to B transaction)
Contract for the sale of the property. (B to C transaction)
Proof of funds or commitment letter for the funding of B to C transaction
Completed one-page request form
